WOMEN SPECIFIC CLASS:
An hour long session designed to help encourage women to get out on the trails. All sessions are run by a qulified instructor with a female rear rider to ensure everyone gets the most out of their session. JUNIOR BIKING BASICS:
Run during the Summer holidays, this one hour session is for any little shredder up to 14 Years old. Working on a ratio of 6 riders to an instructor we will cover all the key skills to get them confident on their bike and show them what they are capable of on two wheels! Our selection of personalised coaching options and training plans are designed to help you improve your riding experiance. Whether its wanting to improve a certain aspect or technique of your riding style or training for a race or sportive we are here to help, motivate and improve your riding. Our training sessions typically take place at Hamsterley Forest in County Durham however, where possible, we are happy to run these sessions at other locations to suit your needs.
To help make sure you get exactly what you want we have put together these three packages as a guide. These can all be customized to fit your needs.
BACK TO BASICS:
This hour and a half long session will cover the basic cycling skills needed to enjoy and make the most of your cycling experiance.
An hour long session designed to focus on a specifc skill or technique.
Aimed to get you race ready this package runs over four seasons and covers a mix of technique development, fitness training and ensuring your bike is set up correctly for you.
